Swissport International AG seeks a Customer Service Team Leader to supervise the Passenger Service team at Birmingham Airport. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of customer service, quality, and safety are maintained. This permanent position offers a shift pattern of 4 days on and 2 off, and requires flexibility to meet operational needs.
