WSH Group is seeking a Corporate Welcome Host for a new multi-occupied building in Birmingham. The role involves managing the Front of House area and ensuring a warm, authentic customer experience for all guests, tenants, and clients.
This position is desk-based but requires proactive engagement and customer service skills. The successful candidate will manage Lobby duties as needed and must be comfortable standing for long periods. A salary of £28,000 is offered along with excellent benefits including holiday allowance and a pension.
