** West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)
** is seeking Ticketing Services Executives to support customers with ticketing products and services. Applicants will play an essential role in processing applications, administering Direct Debits, and responding to customer enquiries so that front‑line teams can provide a seamless service.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rota: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. Saturday working is required one in every five weeks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to all customer enquiries relating to ticketing products and services
  • Answer telephone calls and prepare written responses to customer enquiries regarding Swift and ticketing products
  • Process applications for a wide range of ticketing products and associated services, determining eligibility in line with scheme rules
  • Organise the dispatch of new and replacement ticketing products
  • Calculate and organise refunds for customers in line with agreed procedures
  • Provide customer services support to the Customer Relations Team
  • Create and maintain electronic and hard‑copy customer records

Location

16 Summer Lane. The role requires at least two days a week in the office.
