AXS in Birmingham is hiring Customer Advisors to resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients. You will provide a highly professional experience across telephone, email, social media and live chat, and work to achieve first point resolution across queries and complaints.
You should be fluent in German, have contact centre experience, and bring excellent telephone manners, empathy, and a proactive, target-driven attitude.
