Customer Service Advisor

Birmingham City Centre  | £13.00 per hour | 12-Month Temporary Contract

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account enquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
You'll be expected to build rapport with customers, take ownership of enquiries, and ensure every conversation is handled professionally and efficiently.

Role Details

Pay: £13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.

Location:

Birmingham City Centre

Contract:

12-month temporary contract
Full-time position, Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 8:00pm, scheduled in advance to support a busy customer operation.
Full flexibility is essential, as you'll be required to work a variety of early and late shifts across the operating hours.

What you'll bring:

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, contact centre, banking or similar)
Are professional, reliable and punctual
Take pride in delivering great customer service
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Can remain calm, organised and solutions-focused
Interview Process:
Successful candidates will ideally be available to attend in-person interviews on 27th July and 6th August. We encourage applicants to keep these dates free where possible.
