Position: Customer Service Advocate: Fair Complaint Outcomes (Hybrid)

Gi Group is partnering with CCW to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham. You will own complaints unresolved with water companies, acting as the single contact for each case and guiding customers toward fair outcomes.
