Residential Living Recruitment is seeking a friendly, professional Resident Host to be the face of our Build to Rent community in Birmingham. You will welcome residents, visitors and contractors, field enquiries, manage packages and coordinate move-ins and bookings to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
The role requires excellent communication, superb organisational skills and confidence using IT and CRM systems.
