Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Birmingham City Centre. The role is a 12-month temporary contract with a £13.00 per hour rate.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account enquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction. Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with early/late shifts and holiday pay.
