Portico is recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Birmingham offices of a client in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries, working with firm staff and service partners to deliver outstanding customer service.
Hours are 40 per week, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a friendly environment with excellent benefits and a one-year fixed-term contract.
