University of Birmingham Worklink is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to support reception and check-in operations for student accommodation at Vale Village and Selly Oak Village. You will welcome residents, issue keys, log inquiries, and maintain accurate records in a busy period.
You must be available to work 18th–21st September 2026. Full training will be provided, and a friendly, proactive customer-service approach is essential in this role.
