Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative to deliver great service across branch, phone and digital channels from Handsworth, West Midlands. This permanent, full-time role covers 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with most Saturdays and branch closure Thursday requiring calls on the savings line.
You'll help customers with everyday banking, guide them to digital tools, and work with colleagues to maintain high standards of service.
