Resident Host

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Resident Host to be the face of our Build to Rent community. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, you'll create a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk.

• Deliver a warm and professional front-of-house experience.
• Manage resident enquiries, phone calls, parcels, keys, and amenity bookings.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
• Support resident events and help build a vibrant community.
• Maintain accurate records using our property management and CRM systems.
• Monitor communal areas and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with visitor management and follow health & safety procedures.

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, concierge, hotel reception, BTR or PBSA.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Confident using IT systems and learning new software.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for creating outstanding resident experiences.

• Experience in Build to Rent, residential, hotel concierge, or managed living environments.
• Knowledge of parcel management systems or smart lockers.
