Bruntwood is recruiting a Customer Experience Manager for Birmingham City Centre. You will lead a team of Hosts and a Customer Experience Manager to deliver a vibrant community in our workspace hubs at Corner block, Centre City and McLaren Buildings.
You’ll build strong relationships with tenants, understand their business needs and co-create services that attract and retain customers, while ensuring spaces are well-maintained and welcoming. The role is full-time, based onsite in Birmingham.
