Working closely together with our clients we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge-style service that reflects the environment expected by our clients' community.

• Welcome & greet all guests/ visitors to the reception area
• Greet internal and external clients with a smile, acknowledging them promptly, using the agreed welcome "Good Morning/Good Afternoon..." and their name once established
• Issue building pass and ensure clear concise directions/instructions to get to the required floor
• Aim to provide an update to any visitors waiting for verification in reception every five minutes
• Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
• Continually develop client knowledge and share that information with colleagues
• Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
• Answer calls are per the required standards and deliver messages in a timely manner
• Assist with any ad hoc duties as required

Working Pattern: 45 hours per week, Mon to Fri

• Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent working in a team or alone
• Previous experience in a similar role/administration
