You’ll also assist with general organisational tasks such as scanning, filing, and maintaining team documentation. Throughout your role, you’ll contribute to a positive customer experience while building valuable skills for long‑term career development.

What are the requirements?

  • GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Strong communication and active‑listening skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Experience in problem‑solving and supporting internal or external customers is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to manage tasks effectively.
