The Role

As part of the Customer Service team, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the wider sales team.

You'll be responsible for:

Processing customer orders and quotations
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Resolving customer queries and escalating technical issues when required
Supporting the field sales team with administration and customer communications
Maintaining accurate customer information and pricing
Helping to improve customer service processes You'll have:

A Life Sciences degree (essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Customer service experience gained through work, placements or alongside your studies
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good Microsoft Office skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn What's on Offer?
