Location: Fully remote, with occasional in-person days at Birmingham Hub

Hours: A split shift built around the school day - 9:00am-2:30pm and 5:30pm-8:30pm, with the afternoon free for pickups, appointments, or whatever else needs doing. If you've been ruling out full-time roles because nothing fits around your kids' schedule, this one's designed to.

We're looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Birmingham-hub team on a shift pattern that actually works around family life. Same great role, work, just split across the day so you're free for maybe the school run without giving up full-time hours or pay.

• Handle travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for business travellers with a focus on quality service
• Arrange European and domestic travel including flights, car rentals, and hotels
• Manage client communications via live chat, phone, and email
• Work autonomously on client enquiries and maintain GDS queues
• Mentor junior team members and quality-check their work
• Develop client relationships throughout the travel lifecycle

• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS systems, including ticket reissuing
• Proficiency in air fares and ticketing
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Professional telephone manner and client-facing confidence
• Comfortable managing a split-shift routine and picking work back up mid-evening
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Flexibility and willingness to support team needs across both shift blocks
• Positive attitude toward colleagues, suppliers, and customers
