22.5 Hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday) – Part‑time

Key Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
• Managing the diaries and ensuring appointments are correctly scheduled
• Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and private treatment options available within the practice
• Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
• Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
• Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations

Key Skills and Experience

• Ability to build rapport and deliver high‑level customer service
• Passion to build knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector and become an expert on the practice’s offerings
• Drive the success of the practice by seizing opportunities
• Follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
• Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking)
• IT skills with ability to learn SOE software
• Positive nature – resilient and composed in all situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent team player
