Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We’re currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our Birmingham team
. If you’re passionate about dentistry, love helping people, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused setting, we’d love to meet you!

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and file claims
• Confirm and schedule appointments
• Handle patient accounts and answer phone calls
• Collaborate with front desk team to ensure a smooth patient experience

• Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Dentrix knowledge preferred
