Overview

Private Associate Dentist role in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Independent, fully private high-end practice with a very busy private patient base. Two days per week with scope to increase in the future.

The practice offers state‑of‑the‑art equipment and surgeries, including iTero scanners, CBCT, a 3D printer and milling machine. There is a strong focus on private growth and building a private list from new patients. A guaranteed day rate of £500 is offered for the first three months to support earnings while building a patient list.

• Provide high-quality private dental care within a fully private practice setting.
• Build and develop a private patient list from new referrals and marketing activities.
• Work with an experienced clinical team including nurses and treatment coordinators to deliver excellent patient care.
• Collaborate with the principal dentist to support professional development and career growth.
• Contribute to practice marketing efforts and patient engagement to maintain a busy diary.
• Maintain compliance with General Dental Council (GDC) standards and practice policies.

• Fully registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• Minimum of three years of experience providing private dental treatment in the UK.
• Portfolio of work required for consideration.
• Ethos of personal development and exceptional patient focus.

• Part-time position: two days per week, with scope to increase in the future.
