• Salary from £65,000 p/a (basic salary not including additional revenue)
• 50% private
• Days – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• UDAs from £13 (DOE)
• From 4500 UDAs
• Practice Clinical Lead available

• Must be GDC registered with performer number
• Must have Right to work
