Seeking an experienced Long-Term Locum Dentist for a busy NHS urgent care centre in Woolston, Southampton. This role focuses on emergency dentistry, managing pain, stabilising urgent cases, and handling a high patient volume of 35–45 patients daily from NHS 111 referrals, walk‑ins, and stabilisation cases. The position requires clinicians who work efficiently, make quick clinical decisions, and communicate effectively with team members.

Key details include flexible shifts (Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00–17:00; Sat 8:00–14:00; Sun 9:00–14:00), performance‑based UDA targets and over‑achievement pay.
