Locum Dentist

Flourish Medical is currently seeking a Locum Dentist to support a number of established dental practices across the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dentist looking for flexible locum work with a choice of shifts available and competitive daily rates.

With immediate starts available, these opportunities suit clinicians seeking ad hoc sessions, regular weekly cover, or longer‑term locum arrangements across supportive and well‑equipped practices.

• GDC registered Dentist
• Active NHS Performer Number essential
• Previous UK dental experience required
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Confident in providing both NHS and private dental treatments
• Ability to adapt quickly to different practice environments
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Providing high‑quality NHS and private dental care
• Carrying out routine and restorative treatments including examinations, fillings, root‑canal treatments, extractions, crowns and bridges
• Delivering excellent patient communication and treatment planning
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental and support teams
• Supporting continuity of patient care during planned and ad hoc clinical cover
