Practice Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a modern, well-established dental practice in Ramsey, Isle of Man.

• Responsibilities include ensuring high patient care, maintaining the practice's reputation, driving growth, managing staff recruitment, overseeing financial KPIs, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Key duties involve supporting clinical and reception teams, managing activity data, growing private patient numbers, and maintaining clinical standards and environment safety.
• Ideal candidates will have a dental nurse qualification (preferred), at least 5 years of dental experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and computer literacy, with SOE experience advantageous.
