Dental Nurse Apprentice

Introduction

Fantastic opportunity, fully funded training provided. Training will take place on the job, alongside online learning. The applicant is required to do all aspects of dental nursing, including decontamination procedures. Duties include working alongside the dentist, taking instructions, and maintaining good infection control procedures.

• Work alongside the dentist, taking instructions from them
• Maintain good infection control procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness of surgery, equipment and instruments
• Dictate information from the dentist
• Arrange appointments, answer calls and input data
• Ensure records are kept up to date and maintain confidentiality at all times
