Job Title:
Senior Architectural Technician
Location:
Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Midland's leading RIBA chartered practices that offer expert design services to the commercial, education, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technicians to lead on a range of commercial projects for their team in Birmingham.

- Manage and deliver commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
- Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members
- Relevant degree within architecture
- Strong experience within a relevant UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 through to 6
- Job running experience is essential
- Strong technical and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
