Green Blue Infrastructure and Landscape Design Associate
Tyler Grange | B Corp™ is searching for a highly skilled Landscape Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead our Green/Blue Infrastructure and Landscape Design team. The role focuses on nature-led, evidence-driven design that connects people and ecosystems through resilient, multi-functional public green spaces.
About Tyler GrangeOur 120+‑person environmental consultancy offers a hybrid working model with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office. We value innovation, celebrate inclusivity, and offer a 4‑day working week paid at a 5‑day rate.
What You Will Do- Support and mentor the existing landscape design and green infrastructure team.
- Plan workflows, report to the Operations Director on pipeline and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to innovate products and deliver holistic design solutions.
- Produce and oversee design work across the team.
- Prepare green/blue infrastructure plans, landscape masterplans, graphics, and design drawings tailored to each design stage.
- Prepare clear reports, participate in team meetings, project reviews, and workshops.
- Carry out site surveys.
- Landscape Architect with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Postgraduate/diploma qualification in Landscape Architecture (or related field).
- Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent).
- Experience leading and running landscape design and green infrastructure teams.
- Knowledge of the UK planning system.
- Experience as a project landscape architect through LI/RIBA stages.
- Experience in the tender process and site implementation.
- Excellent spatial design skills and enthusiasm for collaborative design.
- Strong understanding of ecology, natural systems, ecosystem services, and sustainability principles.
- Client-facing and design-team-facing experience.
- Knowledge of interdisciplinary inputs across project stages and scales.
- Graphic communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Revit.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
- Master planning and urban design experience.
- Experience with the Building with Nature Accreditation for Green Infrastructure.
- Passion for plants, wildlife, and designing planting schemes that engage people with natural processes.

Salary£52,040 – £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Pay points are reviewed annually.
