As BIM Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Design Technology team, supporting architects and designers on complex, large‑scale projects. Your role will ensure BIM workflows run seamlessly and models meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows and tools, primarily Autodesk Revit
- Provide technical assistance and liaise with the BIM Manager on standards and processes
- Set up projects, maintain BIM models, and ensure compliance with project‑specific requirements
- Conduct BIM coordination exercises and deliver training to team members
- Monitor model performance and quality, ensuring adherence to studio standards
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit;
Revit certification preferred - Knowledge of Dynamo and Navisworks highly beneficial
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments and legacy CAD practices
- Experience delivering projects to BIM standards with QA processes
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
