Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Midland's leading Architectural practices who offer their expertise to the residential, transportation and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Attend design team and site meetings
Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance
Manage and coordinate the design team alongside provide technical design to projects
Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
Prepare and submit planning applications
Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Strong technical and presentation skills
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
