Duties for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:

Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
Work on and provide architectural design services to residential and commercial projects
Produce detailed design information
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications

Skills and experience for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Understanding of UK building regulations
Post qualification experience in a relevant role is beneficial but not essential

Experience with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good detailing and design skills
Good technical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
