Creative Design Executive

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven creative designer with experience working in B2B environments. You’ll help elevate our brand, strengthen our visual identity, and create design assets that support marketing, sales, and product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, thrives in a collaborative team, and is excited to shape how our company shows up in the market.

• Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including web, email, social, paid campaigns, print and presentations.
• Translate complex B2B concepts into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with professional audiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support the creation of pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials.
• Create templates for design tools (Canva and Turtl experience a plus).
• Contribute to website updates, landing pages, and UX improvements (depending on your skillset).
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns and content.
• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Professional design experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, brand execution, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or similar.
• A solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for digital channels and an awareness of best practices for web and social content.
• Ability to interpret briefs, ask the right questions, and translate requirements into compelling visuals.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting your work to stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and a desire to grow your craft.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or UX/UI design.
