Bennett and Game are representing a well-established RIBA Chartered architectural practice based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, who are looking for a Recently Qualified Architect to join their growing team. Our client is known for delivering technically robust, design-led projects across the UK within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Architect looking to build strong technical and project delivery experience within a supportive studio environment.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to meaningful, high-profile schemes, working alongside experienced Architects and Project Leads across all RIBA stages. Architect Salary & Benefits Competitive salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE Hybrid working and flexible working hours 25 days annual leave that increases with service Discretionary bonus scheme Support for continued professional development (CPD) Professional fees paid for and professional development Cycle to work scheme Team outings & team activities Pension scheme Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stages Architect Job Overview Support the technical delivery of projects from planning through to construction Assist in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages using Revit Gain experience across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors under senior guidance Contribute to developing compliant, buildable and well-detailed design solutions Assist with managing projects through all RIBA Stages Support construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals and site coordination Develop understanding of UK Building Regulations and best practice delivery Projects typically range from £1m to £30m in value Architect
