Réalis are looking to recruit a talented Architectural Part II Assistant to join our Birmingham team, as part of the wider Midlands, South-West and Wales Architectural Practice. Atkins

Réalis is a Stirling Prize winning, top 10 AJ100 practice whose reputation is built on a culture of open collaboration and delivering excellence. You will be working alongside Architectural, Engineering and specialist consultants across a multidisciplinary practice with just under 500 individuals in Education, Commercial, Energy, Defence and Residential sectors within the Midlands, South-West and Wales business. Our Architectural staff include Architects, Architectural Technologists, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects and Building Surveying professionals with a balanced mix of graduates through to senior professionals and directors.

We strongly encourage and offer support to individuals during their post Part II placement through our mentoring schemes, creating an environment for personal and professional growth.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large-scale projects.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all work produced.
• Prepare a portfolio highlighting past projects as part of the application.
• Utilise software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Present and communicate clearly both verbally and visually, using software and hand drawing skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be organised and detail-oriented.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain a flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Collaborate within a team and independently as required.

• Be highly computer literate with experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and visually.
• Show strong interpersonal skills, be organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines with a flexible approach.
• Self-motivated, able to work within a team and independently.
