Position: Architect OR Architectural Technologist (Project running)
Your new company You will be joining a specialist property and construction consultancy delivering bespoke solutions across various sectors, including retail, commercial, education, healthcare, and housing. With a focus on strategy, support, and partnership, they provide multidisciplinary expertise through dedicated teams to meet clients' needs from project inception to completion. Their services include project management, construction management, building surveying, quantity surveying, and architectural design.

Your new role Undertaking measured surveys, site visits etc. Leading and participating in design team meetings. Preparation of production information drawings primarily using REVIT. Development of detailed designs from scheme design approvals. Evaluate new sustainable and innovative construction methods and feedback to other members of the design team. What you'll need to succeed ARB/RIBA accreditation. Proficiency using REVIT. Minimum of 3 years UK working experience.
