This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice that provides expert design services to the residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to manage a range of residential projects in our Birmingham studio.

• Manage and deliver a range of residential projects from inception through to completion.
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and team members.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.

• ARB registered.
• Successfully completed you RIBA Part 3 Qualification experience.
• Strong post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a relevant role in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
• House builder experience desirable.
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout and master‑planning experience.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong experience working on projects across RIBA stages 0‑3.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area.
