OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of architectural services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an independent and Experienced Architectural Assistant to hit the ground‑running for their Birmingham studio.

- Work alongside the design team on residential projects
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
- In the process of completing your RIBA Part 3 is desirable
- Strong Post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- House builder experience is desirable
- Job running experience
- Strong experience working across RIBA stages 0 through to 3
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
