Principal Designer

Overview

This is an opportunity for a Principal Designer and CDM Consultant to join a small design risk management team within a reputable Birmingham-based architectural practice. The role requires someone based in Birmingham with hands-on Principal Designer experience, who is looking to develop further.

This role may suit someone with a design background or a construction degree who has CDM experience to join an established business working on internal projects outside of the typical consultancy environment.

• Work as a Principal Designer and CDM Consultant within a small design risk management team.
• Demonstrate hands-on Principal Designer experience and be based in Birmingham.
• Leverage a design background or construction-related degree and CDM experience to contribute to internal projects outside a typical consultancy setting.
• Collaborate with a friendly, closely-knit team that values upskilling and development of team members.
• Support the team as it grows, acting as a practical and proactive contributor alongside the head of CDM.
