Senior Architectural Technician or Technical Architect, Birmingham £45k - £55k DOEIf you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact Sophie Randle @ RGB Recruitment ASAP!Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join a well established architectural practice working on long term public sector and MOJ projects. This is not your typical architectural role.

Instead of producing detailed design packages from start to finish, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor on behalf of the client, reviewing contractor proposals, preparing tender documentation and ensuring projects meet the required Building Regulations, British Standards and technical performance criteria.

Working closely with the Ministry of Justice, you'll play a key role in the delivery of prison and court developments, with a secured pipeline of work for the next five years.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of architecture, is confident dealing directly with clients and contractors, and wants to take ownership of projects within a unique and rewarding environment.Responsibilities
