This is an excellent opportunity to join an established national RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

Work alongside the project team and deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion
Prepare design stake risk assessments and detailed design information
Produce documents for statutory approval authorities
Administer contract and project certifications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Working towards or has achieved CIAT membership
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Managed large-scale projects across various sectors
Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
Full UK Driver's license
