Ensure drawings comply with statutory regulations and relevant local design standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues in a multidisciplinary consultancy
Develop client relationships and begin developing an independent workload
- Completed Part II Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion and Adobe Suite
- Experience in a similar role working on UK-based residential and mixed-use schemes
- Design approach rooted in good site and context analysis
- Excellent design and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic and reliable with excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Able to work in a hybrid setup from the Birmingham, Bristol or London offices
Demonstrates expertise in delivering architectural projects across all RIBA stages, producing technical drawings and design statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, supports effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
