This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of architectural services to the residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Healthcare team in their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Help deliver on a range of healthcare projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings

Requirements for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
Relevant Post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience in a relevant role is desirable
Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector
Proficiency with Revit
Excellent drawing and design skills
Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
