Job Summary

We are a friendly, well‑established GP practice with a strong reputation for excellence in patient care, teamwork and consistently high QOF scores and patient satisfaction.

Our team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, clinical pharmacists, practice nurses, HCAs, a First Contact Physiotherapist and an in‑house counselling service. We value every team member’s contribution, encourage innovation and provide a welcoming environment for newly qualified GPs to thrive.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP who qualifies under the ARRS scheme (newly qualified within the last two years without a substantive post). This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive team that prioritises patient care and wellbeing.

• 56 sessions per week (Thursday and Friday essential; flexibility for remaining sessions)

• Deliver 56 GP sessions per week, with a mix of face- to-face and home visits.
• Manage Docman, blood results and prescription requests consistently and promptly.
• Participate in the practice on‑call rota.
• Engage in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to share cases and promote continued learning.
• Contribute to all aspects of practice life, including quality improvement and team development.

• Registered GP with current UK professional registration.
• Newly qualified within the last 2 years and eligible for ARRS funding.
• Team player with a commitment to high‑quality, holistic patient care.
• Strong continuity, communication and compassion skills.
• Willingness to take on a range of responsibilities within the practice.
