Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialty Doctor in General Adult Psychiatry for our Ladywood & Handsworth CMHT in Birmingham. The post involves evaluating new referrals from GPs, making diagnoses, and developing short- and long-term management plans with the MDT.
The successful candidate should have at least four years of postgraduate training, with two years in psychiatry, and be eligible for Section 12(2) approval under the Mental Health Act.
