You will handle a diverse workload across various surgical specialties, with opportunities for subspecialising.

As an Anaesthetics Theatres Registrar,youare responsible for delivering safe, effective anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Youassess patients pre-operatively, develop and implement anaesthetic plans, and administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia. During surgery,you monitor vital signs and adjust anaesthetic levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort. Post-operatively,youmanage recovery and pain relief.

Youalso collaborate closely with surgeons, consultants, and theatre staff, supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to audits, teaching, and continuous improvement in clinical practice
