As CMO and Lead Surgeon, you will divide your time between high-level governance and active clinical execution. • Lead clinical governance as Chief Medical Officer while maintaining active clinical involvement as Lead Surgeon.

• Spearhead international clinical trials and mentorship of international consultants.

• Direct medical delivery frameworks for a high-demand patient population.

• Must hold definitive Tier-1 board certification (such as FRCS/CCT/CCST from the UK, American/Canadian Board, or equivalent European fellowships) with a minimum of 7 years of active post-consultancy experience, including documented clinical leadership or clinical director roles.

• Proven operative mastery in specialized surgical disciplines (General, Orthopedic, or Urological surgery) with extensive, verified experience utilizing advanced robotic-assisted surgical systems.

• Polished executive presence, exceptional command of the English language, and the administrative acumen required to manage cross-functional medical departments.

• A strong track record of international academic publications or contributions to clinical governance frameworks is highly advantageous.
