The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming school in Northfield. You will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' academic and personal development, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 4 pupils.

Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.

Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback.

Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to implement school initiatives and support pupils' learning.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, preferably Year 4.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons.

Team player with a passion for helping pupils achieve their potential.
