The Role
This is a full-time teaching role for a confident maths graduate ready to begin a paid teacher training route. You'll join the school as an unqualified teacher, taking on your own KS3 and KS4 maths classes under the guidance of experienced staff. Alongside your teaching, you’ll complete a school-based training programme that leads to QTS—without the need to return to university.

The Candidate
You should have a maths-related degree and a genuine commitment to becoming a qualified teacher. You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with students, and the confidence to manage behaviour in a classroom setting. Previous experience working with young people—such as tutoring or mentoring—will strengthen your application. This is ideal for someone who wants to earn while they train and build their teaching career from the ground up.
