Aspire is looking for a positive, reliable, and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 class in our Shard End setting starting this January. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to helping them grow, learn, and thrive.

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Work with small groups and individual pupils
• Help create a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment
• Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and classroom routines
• Build warm, supportive relationships with pupils

• Experience working with primary‑aged children (Year 1 experience is a bonus)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
