Progress Teachers are supporting an inclusive and welcoming mainstream primary school in Birmingham who are seeking a Level 3 qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated SEN Hub team
. This full-time role involves supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 with a range of additional needs, helping them to fully engage in learning and make progress both academically and emotionally.

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND within the KS1 SEN Hub
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
• Assist in adapting resources and activities to meet individual needs
  
  Promote positive behaviour and social interaction
• Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external agencies
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and progress planning

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (particularly within EYFS/KS1)
• Understanding of EHCP targets and differentiated learning
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• A DBS on the Update Service OR Willingness to
