This fixed-term role covers maternity cover and is up until January 2027 or upon the return of the post-holder.
Key Responsibilities- Support pupils’ learning in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
- Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
- Monitor and record pupils’ progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervise learners during non-teaching times, including break and lunch where required.

- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Have recent experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Can adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning needs.
- Is a proactive and supportive team player.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
